Factory Fit NEVER sells a part that has not been previously tested and in most cases 100's or 1000's have been sold so we know they fit. All Factory Fit products are stocked in Melbourne, Australia (unless otherwise specified) and in the unlikely and unfortunate event that your product arrives faulty, we'll replace it if it's deemed by our engineers to be a manufacture (not installation) fault. If you are buying from an overseas seller please check first who pays frieght in the event of receiving a faulty product and how long the problem will take to rectify.

 

 Shipping and Handling    

Important. Although many sellers may state they are located in Australia, they may not be. Before any purchase check that the goods are in Australia. If the goods are shipped from overseas you may need to wait longer for your item, need to pay customs taxes and return a faulty product back overseas. Unless otherwise stated, ALL Factory Fit items are warehoused in Melbourne, Australia.

Factory Fit will ship to confirmed Paypal addresses only. In most cases you will receive your item within 4 days. If there is a delay Factory Fit will be in contact with you. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.

If requested, we can supply the tracking number to you. If we are shipping outside Australia then the buyer is responsible for destination import tax/charges. We will reduce this where possible by nominating a low value and sending as a 'gift'. Factory Fit reserves the right not to be held responsible for a delay caused by import customs as this is out of our control.

Factory Fit will supply all international customers and in most cases ship direct from our freight forwarder in China. If you have any concerns please ask.

 Payment Policy    

Immediate Payment is required after the Winning Bid via paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, please message us for another payment option. Discounts apply for direct deposit and cash with local pickups. If you require our Company Bank Account details for direct deposit please email or message us.

 Returns Policy    
Factory Fit products are covered by a minimum 1 year warranty from the original purchase date. Following any repairs or replacement you will be covered by a minimum 1 month warranty or the remainder of your new product warranty, whichever is greater. If you do find a product purchased from Factory Fit becomes faulty within 12-months of your purchase, simply send the faulty part back for repair or replacement (at our discretion). Non-manufacture faults (neglect, improper installation, misuse or incorrect service) and consumables are not be covered by this warranty. Freight to and from our service centre in Melbourne to be covered by the buyer. Please message Factory Fit for detailed terms of this warranty.

Note. The limited Factory Fit warranty is not transferable and all warranties should be handled through the original purchaser. Factory Fit reserves the right to refuse warranty in such cases.

Factory Fit guarantees that all items sold are brand new and quality tested before shipment (unless otherwise stated).

Important: If a non-manufacturing fault is found during a Factory Fit inspection, Factory Fit will request from the purchaser the repair cost plus two way postage before the product is returned.

Factory Fit offers a 7 day return policy. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please ensure you return it to Factory Fit within 7 days, in original packaging and in brand new, un-installed, resalable condition. Please contact us for a Return Authorisation Form (RTA) before sending anything back to Factory Fit.
